Yes, it’s an acronym. We’re a big fan of those. If you are too, we’d love to hear from you. We believe there’s no better team out there than #teamapptio.
Foster camaraderie, equity and personal growth in all Apptians.
Whether it's an in-office happy hour, virtual trivia or fun video shoot, we think there is always time for fun times at Apptio. In 2022, we launched Apptian Appreciation Week; a dedicated time to share and celebrate what it means to be an Apptian while celebrating our employees and their accomplishments.
Positively impact our communities around the world.
Every Apptian is given 16 hours per calendar year to spend on volunteer opportunities of their choosing. Here are some ways our team has donated their time:
- Planting trees
- Volunteering at local food banks
- Building bikes for the Boys & Girls Club
- Cleaning up their communities
- Building websites for non-profit organizations
- Hosting fundraisers
Cultivate an inclusive environment where employees are empowered to be their authentic selves.
Our pledge as Apptians:
- Consciously promote acceptance and demonstrate respect regardless of our differences.
- Actively listen to each other to gain greater awareness of our unique experiences and perspectives.
- Seek continuous education to recognize biases and take accountability for our blind spots towards inequality.
- Ensure our workforce reflects the culturally different communities we serve, by attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent.
