SEATTLE, Wash. – February 16, 2012 – Apptio, the leading provider of on-demand Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions, today announced that the Apptio Community will host the first in a series of Local User Group events, where enterprise customers will gather to share best practices for successful Technology Business Management deployments. The Northern California User Group, taking place on Feb. 16 in Redwood City, will be the first in a series of Apptio Community networking events to be held across the country, and will include a roundtable dinner discussion and customer presentations from Yahoo, Cisco, eBay, and First American and will be followed by similar events in Los Angeles and Minneapolis.
Apptio Local User Groups are hosted by members of the Apptio Community and are dedicated to customers sharing lessons learned and best practices from their Technology Business Management implementations. These events will feature networking sessions and presentations by leading Fortune 1000 users as well as product demonstrations from Apptio product experts. Through these sessions, customers in a singular geographical area will learn how other local peers and industry leaders are implementing TBM within their organizations.
