Kevin Meeks Joins Apptio as Chief Customer Officer

Kevin Brings More Than 17 Years of Customer Success Experience, Most Recently as VP of Global Customer Success and Renewals at Splunk

Bellevue, Wash. – Feb. 18, 2021 – Apptio, Inc., the leading provider of technology business management (TBM) solutions that help organizations analyze, optimize, and plan technology spend, today announced that Kevin Meeks has joined the executive leadership team as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Kevin will leverage his deep domain experiences and data-driven approach to lead the global customer success team, focusing on customer outcomes and value.

Kevin brings more than 17 years of experience, leading scalable customer advocacy, adoption, and renewals programs for global technology companies. In addition to leveraging data in his approach, Kevin has worked closely with product teams to build robust product insights and capabilities to align with customer needs and demands.

Prior to Splunk, Kevin held various leadership positions, including 11 years overseeing Sales Engineering practices, and served as the Director of IT Operations at Sterling Commerce where he was responsible for Application and IT services and delivery.
