Meet our Executive Leaders

Bill is responsible for the IBM Apptio Suite of Products. In this role, Bill helps clients deliver maximum value from their technology investments by enabling leaders to link business strategies and initiatives to all investment types, including financial, people, assets, and vendor spend. Apptio is a comprehensive system of financial intelligence that ensures maximum ROI through transparency and optimization.

Bill has been in the enterprise software space for over 25 years, holding various roles in engineering, product management, strategy, and business leadership across a range of software categories and technologies.

Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Eugene Khvostov is Apptio’s Chief Product Officer, with global responsibility for the full suite of Apptio’s products. Eugene leads Apptio’s Product Management, User Experience/Design, Pricing and Strategy, and Product Marketing teams. With more than a decade of experience leading end-to-end technical product development in a variety of different industries Eugene takes a strategic, customer-first view on product vision, roadmap decisions, and new product investment areas. Eugene is also a Board Member for the FinOps Foundation, a community-based industry group focused on the evolving cloud financial management discipline and best practices.

Prior to joining Apptio, Eugene held positions of increasing responsibility at Mastercard and Amazon Web Services (AWS). He studied at Manhattanville College and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Nick Bollini is a senior enterprise technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading strategic sales, business transformation, and technology value initiatives across the software and cloud ecosystem. In leadership roles with Apptio and IBM, he has advised Fortune 500 enterprises and public sector organizations on optimizing billions of dollars in technology investments through Technology Business Management (TBM), FinOps, cloud financial management, and AI governance strategies. Nick has built and managed executive relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and technology leaders to help organizations improve cost transparency, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment between IT spend and business outcomes.

At Apptio, now part of IBM, Nick has focused on helping enterprises modernize financial operations for cloud and AI adoption, driving initiatives centered on FinOps maturity, unit economics, and technology cost accountability. His expertise spans cloud optimization, AI investment governance, SaaS economics, and enterprise platform transformation, with a track record of helping customers navigate large-scale operational and financial change. Known for combining executive-level strategic vision with a pragmatic, customer-first approach, Nick has consistently delivered growth, trusted advisory leadership, and long-term partnerships within some of the world’s most complex enterprise environments.

With more than 19 years of experience in finance and business operations at IBM, Alisa has held leadership roles across the Software and Infrastructure businesses, partnering with Sales, Product Management, Development, and General Management teams to drive growth and operational excellence.

Most recently, she served as IBM’s Budget Coordinator, leading cross-company planning and target-setting efforts to support IBM’s financial performance. Prior to that, Alisa was Controller for IBM Storage, where she oversaw financial performance, capital investment planning, and resource allocation. Throughout her career, she has led global teams through organizational transformation and business change initiatives.

Alisa holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Malino is the Head of Engineering at Apptio, overseeing the development, operations and support of the company’s full product suite. A seasoned technology leader, he has a proven track record of driving innovation at the startup and enterprise scale. Malino has spent his career at the intersection of technology leadership, product strategy, and organizational growth — with a particular focus on cloud platforms, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions.

Malino has 15+ years experience in engineering leadership positions at Apptio, Cloudability, Honor and Sync Computing and holds a BA in Economics and BS in Computer Science from University of Hawaii.
