Kevin is Apptio’s Chief Customer Officer. Leveraging his deep domain experiences, Kevin oversees the global Customer Success organization, where he leads the team to be “trusted advisors and partners to our customers, ensuring their value and business outcomes at every stage of their journey.”
Prior to joining Apptio, Kevin served as the VP of Global Customer Success and Renewals at Splunk, where he built a world-class Customer Success organization driving scalable customer advocacy, success, adoption, and building a renewals program for Splunk’s global customer base. Kevin has more than 17 years of experience helping customers realize software investment value through various positions as AVP, Director and Client Architecture, as well as previous roles leading Sales Engineering practices.
Kevin is no stranger to Technology Business Management. While at Sterling Commerce he was the Director of IT Operations where he was responsible for Application and IT services and delivery.
