A recent Forrester survey found that only 15% of IT leaders feel they are fully aligned with the business. The business wants to know what value they are getting for the money they spend on IT, whether it is a good value, and how IT can help them achieve their business objectives. While IT has plenty of tools to manage technology, they lack the tools to manage cost and performance of IT and provide transparency to business leaders in a language the business understands. In this session, Feaster will demonstrate through real-world examples how businesses are using TBM software to better manage the business of IT.
