1. Keynote: Advancing TBM with ApptioOne Billing (Tue, Nov. 8)
Hear from State Farm about how they continue to apply innovative solutions to drive business outcomes and help more customers in more ways. 2. Keynote: Embed Innovation Into Everyone’s DNA (Mon, Nov. 7)
None of us are going back to “Business as Usual”, and the secret sauce to success lies in the culture you create at work. But innovation is not something that happens by chance. It’s the result of building an environment in which it can thrive, and you have to give people a set of tools that you may use every day to grow.
Disney’s former Head of Innovation and Creativity Duncan Wardle will share how success in his career has been a direct reflection of his ability to create a culture where everyone on his teams was put in a position to let their inner creativity run wild.
3. Keynote: TBM and Application Portfolio Management: An offer you can’t refuse (Wed, Nov. 9)
Having completed a large and complex core transformation program in 2020, Bank of Ireland developed an updated IT strategy for the next five years which had a comprehensive approach to Application Portfolio Management at the heart of it. Bank of Ireland’s Principal Architect Ronan Hughes will discuss how one of the key elements to this was the ability to track, manage, and allocate accurately the full range of technology costs within the organization, which led them to Apptio and becoming a TBM user.
4. Breakout: 2022 State of TBM Research Report (Wed, Nov. 9)
TBM Council General Manager Eileen Wade will be joined by other members of the TBM Council to discuss the findings from the most recent, and authoritative, research study on applied TBM.
