Education is available through instructor-led classroom, onsite, and virtual training along with self-paced online training and videos.

Professional Services: For all customers getting started, Apptio offers both packaged and custom scoped services depending on your maturity, as well as whether you want more of a shared consulting or turnkey delivery approach. Apptio Professional Services teams will help you plan and deliver your TBM solution, leveraging our formal Apptio TBM methodology, which has been designed from our vast implementation experience with hundreds of customers.

Support Services: Recommended for all customers, Apptio Premier Success is an outcome-focused, proactive service that provides strategic and solution expertise to customer organizations that demand personalized attention and elevated response. Apptio Premier Success provides a named Customer Success Manager who is responsible for enabling a successful long-term strategy personalized to meet your organization’s needs and vision.

Expert Services: After implementation, for customers who need to enhance and extend their team with Apptio expertise on a weekly basis. Apptio can provide a named consultant who is deeply skilled in Apptio and will work with your internal staff throughout the year to help continuously enhance your implementation, drive internal adoption, and maximize value through ongoing education, mentoring, and configuration.

Managed Services: For customers who don't have internal staff available, Apptio can provide a named consultant along with an outsourced arrangement to manage the Apptio solution.
